Mr. Hai founded The Resilience Centre Services with a clear mission: to create a safe, inclusive space for survivors of domestic abuse to be heard, supported, and empowered. His vision and values continue to guide our work every day.

As CEO, Azeem leads the organisation with compassion, integrity, and deep commitment to survivor-led support. He oversees our services, partnerships, and impact strategy across the UK.
