As CEO, Azeem leads the organisation with compassion, integrity, and deep commitment to survivor-led support. He oversees our services, partnerships, and impact strategy across the UK.

As Head of Operations and Senior IDVA, Shabana leads the delivery of our services while providing specialist domestic abuse support. She oversees day-to-day operations, supports the team, and ensures high standards across all cases.
Shabana works directly with survivors through risk assessment, safety planning, and multi-agency coordination, ensuring individuals are heard, protected, and supported at every stage.
